浅析生态工业园区的规划与建设--以包头市生态铝业园区为例

摘要

生态型工业园区是依据工业生态理论、循环经济理论、生态产业链设计理论以及清洁生产理论等原理而设计建立的一种新型工业园区。本文以生态工业园区的相关规划和建设理论为基础，结合实际成功的包头市生态铝业园区总体规划实例分析，说明生态工业园区式的规划建设对工业园区的发展方向有引导作用。%Eco-industrial park is a new kind of industrial park which works according to the theory of industrial ecology theory, circular economy theory, ecological industry chain design theory and clearer production theory. This paper takes the related knowledge of planning and construction theory of eco-industrial park as foundation, combines study of the successful case of Baotou aluminium eco-industrial park, finally explains the mode of eco-industrial park planning and construction has important directive function to industrial park development.
