国内石油装备管理问题的思考

摘要

China found and used earlier the oil in the world. China's petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprise set up the advanced performance evaluation index. However, there are still many problems which need to strengthen the organization and lead of management. Safety management of equipment should be run through the entire equipment life cycle, namely from design and manufacture, to installation. The paper describes the current situation of petroleum equipment management, and petroleum equipment maintenance and repair;aiming at the feature analysis, it builds the technology service system for petroleum engineering.%　　我国是世界上比较早的发现以及利用石油的国家，目前中国石油集团的装备制造企业基本建立起与自身企业相似类比的先进企业的业绩指标对标管理体系。可是依旧存在着问题，需加强对一些管理工作的组织和领导。装备的安全管理是应该贯穿了整个装备的寿命周期，即从设计和制造以及安装等所有过程。文章阐述了石油装备管理的现状，及石油装备使用的维护和维修等问题，针对石油化工装备管理系统的特点分析，建立了非常适合石油工程的一些技术服务。
