浅谈设计阶段造价控制

The control of the engineering cost penetrates in the entire process of project construction, but it should give prominence to the key points when carrying on the control. The domestic and foreign project practice and the material analysis of the engineering cost indicates that the stage of investment decision has an influence on the construction of the entire project by 75%—85%, the stage of designment has an influence on the construction of the entire project by 60%—75%. Obviously, after the determination of the project investment, the stage of designment is the key link of the control of the engineering cost. The thought of investment control should be rooted in the brain of the designers at the very beginning of the designment to guarantee the appropriate choice of the design standards and the reasonable function level.%　　工程造价控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程，但是进行全过程控制还必须突出重点。从国内外工程实践及工程造价资料分析，表明投资决策阶段对整个项目的造价影响度为75%—85%，设计阶段对整个项目的造价影响度为60%—75%。很显然，当项目的投资确定之后，设计阶段就是控制工程造价的关键环节。设计一开始就应该将控制投资的思想根植于设计人员的头脑中，保证选择恰当的设计标准和合理的功能水平。
