更新教学方式,促进素质教育

摘要

Education for all-round development is the fundamental goal of academy education and take the innovation as its kernel, which including innovation ability of both the students and teachers. The approach to promote the education for all-round development by updating the teaching method was discussed based on the course of external ballistics and missile flight mechanics, which was accomplished from four aspects as selecting new idea, absorbing new theory, resetting the teaching materials and utilizing the modern teaching method reasonably.%　　素质教育是各院校教育的根本目标之一，而素质教育的核心是创新，即包括学员的创新能力，也包括教员在教学方面的创新能力。本文从选择新思路、汲取新理论、重新组合教材内容、与现代化教学手段有机结合四个方面，以“外弹道学”和“导弹飞行力学”两门课程的教学为实例，探讨了通过更新教学方式，促进素质教育的途径。
