“精细化”理念下高职院职业指导工作探究

摘要

Through analyzing the problem of the career guidance work under the concept of "refinement" in higher vocational school and the significance of implementing the career guidance work under the concept of "refinement", the article puts forward some ideas on implementing the career guidance work under the concept of "refinement" in higher vocational school, and these ideas have far-reaching significance to developing the career guidance work under the concept of"refinement"in higher vocational school.%　　本文通过分析“精细化”教育理念下高职院校职业指导工作存在的问题和实施“精细化”职业指导的意义，对高职院校如何“精细化”实施职业指导工作提出了一些想法，对今后高职院校有效开展职业指导工作具有深远意义。
