会计专业“三层三结合”人才培养模式改革与实践

摘要

The talents training model is the core issue to ensure the quality of higher vocational education. Accounting teaching team of Shiyan Polytechnic started from the essential attribute of vocational education, and innovatively proposed the "3-Levels and 3-Combination"accounting talent training model after more than five years of reform practice. After practice, business and student's satisfaction, social service capabilities, and the teacher's teaching ability are improved significantly.%　　人才培养模式是高等职业教育质量保证的核心问题。十堰职业技术学院会计教学团队从高职教育的本质属性出发，经过5年多的改革实践，创新性的提出“三层三结合”的会计人才培养模式，经过实践，企业与学生的满意度，以及社会服务能力、教师的教学能力等显著提高。
