Access 数据库结合 Outlook在辅导员数据收集工作中的应用

In the daily work, college instructors usually use Word or Excel file to collect data. Receipt data quality and efficiency by the method is not satisfactory. The combination of Access 2007 and Outlook e-mail client data collection can simplify work processes and reduce duplication, so as to improve the efficiency of instructor's administration work.%　　高校辅导员在工作中通常是使用 Word 或者 Excel 文件来收集数据，这种方法收据数据的质量和效率难以让人满意。通过Access 2007结合 Outlook 电子邮件客户端收集数据能简化工作流程，减少重复劳动，从而提高辅导员行政办公的效率。
