煤矿井下坑道钻机新客户培训系统

         

摘要

This paper analyzes the problems of the current customer training system for the Drilling Technology Research Institute of CCTEG. These problems are the high costs for frequent on-site technical service, the difficulty coal miners have in acquiring help and instructions when rigs are out of order and the lack of opportunities for communication between coal miners and experts, as well as between coal miners from different mines. In order to solve these problems, the paper conducts a needs analysis, a content design, a training transfer analysis and a training evaluation. Then a new web-based customer training system is presented. Through this training system, the institute can reduce human resource costs and improve product promotion; coal miners can also develop their operation skills and prevent misuse and coal mining accidents.%  本文分析了中煤科工集团西安研究院钻探技术研究所目前的客户培训系统存在的问题。这些问题主要是频繁的现场技术服务造成的高成本;当钻机出现故障,矿工很难获得帮助和指导;矿工与专家之间,以及不同煤矿的矿工之间缺乏交流的机会。为了解决这些问题,本文进行了需求分析,内容设计,培训转化分析和培训评估。于是提出了一种新的基于网络的客户培训系统。通过这个系统,该研究所能够减少人力成本和提高产品推广;也可以培养矿工们的操作技能及防止误操作和煤矿事故。
