中小企业营销发展策略探析

         

摘要

As SMEs has some advantages, such as size is small, and flexibility, they not only have a significant contribution to national economic development, also provide more employment opportunities for employee groups. If they want development, SMEs must adopt a series of effective business strategy and competitive strategy according to their characteristics. Starting from marketing strategy definition, the paper analyzes the development of marketing and marketing strategy of SMEs.%  中小企业由于规模小,弹性大,凭借市场灵活性,不仅可为国家经济发展产生重大贡献,也可以为就业人群提供较多的就业机会。中小企业在市场竞争中要想立足市场,发挥优势,必须要根据自身的特点,采取一套行之有效的经营对策和竞争战略,扬长避短。本文从市场营销的战略定义出发,分析了中小企业的市场营销战略的发展态势和中小企业的市场营销策略。
