浅谈如何在设计阶段充分控制造价

Cost control is very important in the process of project construction management. In order to control the engineering cost in reasonable scope and approved cost limit, we often take some methods in the work. Because of the long construction period and wide range, a lot of factors will cause the changes of project cost. But from the perspective of cost control of the construction project, design phase is a key link in cost control, so the cost control measures from the standard, optimization of design, strict process control aspects are analyzed.%　　造价控制是工程建设管理过程中十分重要的工作，为了能够把工程造价控制在合理的范围和核定的造价限额以内，在工作中我们经常采取一定的方法和措施。由于施工期限长、涉及方面广，因此很多因素会造成工程造价的变动，但是从整个建设项目的造价控制来看，设计阶段是控制造价的关键环节，从合理确定标准、做好优化设计、严格流程管控方面分析了控制造价的措施。
