Based on the reservoir profiles, this paper analyzed the contradictions and problems of reservoir development, selected the targeted system, and implemented profile control and flooding and profile control. The contradiction between the reservoir layer, plane and layer is eased, the development indicators are improved markedly, and economic benefits are increased significantly, so the paper can provide experience for the same reservoir management.% 依据油藏概况，分析油藏开发矛盾和问题，选择针对性体系，实施调驱调剖治理，缓解油藏层内、平面和层间矛盾，开发指标明显好转，经济效益显著，为同类油藏的提供了治理经验。
