银行柜员职业倦怠分析

摘要

This thesis tries to analyze the status quo of job burnout of bank teller of the Bank of China, ICBC, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank. Through questionnaire, the paper analyzes the status quo of bank teller burnout by using spss17.0, and puts forward the suggestion on relieving the job burnout of bank teller.%　　本研究试图了解某市四大行（中国银行、工商银行、交通银行、建设银行）银行柜员职员倦怠的现状，通过问卷调查，并用spss17.0进行数据统计和分析，并对银行柜员的现状进行分析，并提出缓解银行柜员职业倦怠的建议。
