价值工程在水利水电工程施工管理中的应用

摘要

The process in the construction process of comprehensive application of various resources and technology organized activities, construction management, construction management in project construction management. The construction management level determines the level of project cost, quality, safety and schedule, therefore, do a good job in the construction management of construction process not only can improve the work efficiency and also can save the cost. This paper introduces the concept of value engineering in construction management, introduces the methods and measures of engineering application significance of value engineering and improvement, achieves maximum benefit through the application of value engineering.%　　在施工过程中综合的应用各种资源和技术进行有组织的活动的过程即施工管理，施工管理是项目施工中的日常管理工作。施工管理水平的高低决定着工程的成本、质量、安全以及工期等，因此，做好施工过程的施工管理工作不仅仅能够提高工作效率更能够节约成本。本文在施工管理中引入了价值工程的理念，介绍了工程中应用价值工程的重要意义以及改进的方法和措施，通过应用价值工程实现了工程效益的最大化。
