原料输送仓抗磨损研究与加固实践

冶炼原料输送系统中储料仓卸料口结构受工艺影响，易磨损，该位置耐磨设计常被遗漏；如何减轻结构梁磨损，保证其安全使用，作者通过实践研究分析，从经济、适用、操作性强等方面，阐述了一种抗磨损构造方法应用于受磨损部位，有效缓解了混凝土结构受原料长期冲刷的隐患。%Discharge opening structure of storage silo in raw materials transportation system is easy to wear, influenced by technology. And the wear-resistant design is often overlooked. It is an important issue that how to reduce the wearing. Based on practice analysis, the author presents a wear-resistant structure in economy, application and operation, which effectively remove the hidden danger of wear of concrete structure.
