大型灌区水利工程在我国水资源调用项目中具有重要的作用，特别是社会主义现代化的发展需要加强给水配水工程的建设，巨大的投资成本也反过来影响着我国的经济建设，对施工资金造价的控制决定了水利工程的经济效益，本文对施工重要环节的造价控制和管理进行分析，把握好各个关键环节的成本控制，对实际情况的造价控制和管理提出可行性建议。%The water conservancy project in large-scale irrigation area has an important role in the country's water resources project, in particular, the development of socialist modernization needs to strengthen water supply and water distribution project, but a huge investment costs affect China's economic construction, so the construction cost control determines the economic benefits of water conservancy projects. This paper analyzed the cost control and management of the important part of construction and proposed feasible suggestions.
