雷达已成为航海运输业中必不可少的导航工具，其作用是显而易见的。但如何正确使用、灵活运用雷达一直是航海者所以关注的问题，这一问题在能见度不良时显得尤为重要。实践证明，雷达使用得当，能有助于安全避让，而使用不当，反而可能导致碰撞的后果。%The radar has become essential navigational tool in the marine transportation industry, and its role is obvious. But how to properly and flexibly use the radar has been the problem concerned by voyager, and in the poor visibility it becomes particularly important. Practice has proved that, the proper use of radar can help avoidance, while improper use may lead to the collision.
