试述施工进度管理中存在的问题及对策

Construction schedule management is the foundation of project management and is a very important management element. The article describes the connotation and features of construction schedule management, analyzes its influencing factors and the problems in management. At last, it puts forward the effective measures.%　　建筑工程施工进度管理是项目管理的根基，是非常重要的管理环节之一。本文在阐述了工程项目进度管理的含义及其特点的基础上，从分析工程项目施工进度的影响因素入手，分析了管理中存在的问题，并针对存在的问题提出了应采取那些有效的措施。
