The LiNixFe1-xPO4(0≤x<0.02) was prepared by the method of solid-phase, the samples were studied by XRD、SEM、specific capacity and cycle tests. Through the comparison, we found that the samples prepared in different temperatures all had olivine structure. By the test of electrochemical performance, the sample which was prepared in 650t for 10 hours had better capacity and cycle performance.%本实验采用固相工艺分别制备了LiNixFe1-xPO4(0≤ x≤ 0.02),并对材料进行了晶体结构、表面形貌、容量性能以及循环性能的表征,通过比较发现几种焙烧时间下制备的掺杂型LiNixFe1-xPO4(0≤x≤0.02)均具有橄榄石结构,从电化学性能测试结果,可以看出650℃下焙烧10小时合成的材料具有更加优异的容量性能和循环性能.
