浅谈中小企业知识产权管理实务

在知识经济时代，知识产权的有效管理已成为中小企业经营管理的一个重要组成部分，而中小企业大多没有对知识产权进行有效的管理，本文结合中小企业自身的特点提出了中小企业宜采取的知识产权管理策略。%In the era of knowledge economy, the effective management of intellectual property has become an important part of the management of SMEs, but SMEs generally do not have effective management of intellectual property.
