宁夏海原县水资源浅析

摘要

The total amount of water of Haiyuan County in Ningxia has presented the situation of the integration of resources water shortage, engineering water shortage and water quality-induced water shortage. Water resources has become a bottleneck restricting the economic and social development of Haiyuan County. To improve the utilization of water resources and speed up the construction of water-saving society, the most strict water resources management system can effectively solve the shortage of water resources.%宁夏海原县取用水总量呈现资源性、工程性、水质性缺水并存的局面。水资源成为制约海原经济社会发展的瓶颈。提高水资源利用率，加快节水型社会建设，实行最严格水资源管理制度可有效的解决水资源短缺。
