浅谈企业质量成本管理的应用

With increasingly developed market economy, quality cost management has been concerned by the enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems of the implementation of quality cost management in enterprise, and explains the idea to carry out the quality cost management in the enterprise.%当今市场经济日益发达，质量成本管理越来越受到企业的重视。本文简要的分析了我国企业在开展质量成本管理中存在的问题，并阐述了如何在企业中开展质量成本管理工作的思路。
