河北省高等教育发展现状及问题分析

摘要

教育是一个国家的百年大计，教育的好坏直接体现国家的综合国力，要想使国家人才济济，各项事业繁荣、蒸蒸日上的发展，就必须建设好教育事业。当前，河北省高等教育在大众化进程中取得了许多成绩，但同时也存在一些问题。笔者从对河北省高等教育现状的研究出发，针对普通高校的发展思路、办学特色、师资水平、管理体制、教学理念、科技成果等六个方面深入分析了河北省高等教育发展面临的现实问题。%Education is an important project of a country, and it directly reflects the comprehensive national strength. Only by constructing the education, can the country be filled with talents, and the careers develop flourishingly and prosperously. At present, higher education in Hebei province has made a lot of achievements in the process of popularization, but there are also some problems. From the research on the present situation of higher education in Hebei province, the author analyses the development problems of higher education in Hebei province in-depth based on the development ideas, education characteristics, level of teachers, management system, teaching philosophy and scientific and technological achievements.
