企业多元化经营的风险与防控--基于春兰集团多元化案例的思考

Diversification has become the strategic choice for many enterprises. Based on the analysis of Chunlan Group, the article points out that diversified development needs to properly identify the business status of this enterprise, discreetly choose diversification development direction, reconstruct the existing business in a reasonable manner and establish a flexible dynamic business exit mechanism, to provide reference.%多元化已成为很多企业发展的战略选择，本文在剖析春兰集团多元化发展动因、失利原因的基础上提出多元化发展需要正确识别本企业的业务地位，慎重选择多元化发展方向，对现有业务进行合理重构并建立灵活动态的经营退出机制，为企业的多元化经营提供参考。
