浅论终身学习中文化参与的作用

摘要

本文对WGEL所收集的60个“文化参与-教育-终身学习”关联的项目进行分析，文化参与对个人、文化机构、社区以及社会发展、经济发展有着长远的影响。但是，在教育和终身学习蓝图中，文化参与的真正功能一直被忽视，未来需要给与特别关注。%This paper analyzes the 60 "cultural participation-education-lifelong learning" associated projects collected by WGEL. Cultural participation has profound influence on individual, cultural institutions, community and social development. However, in education and lifelong learning blueprint, the real function of cultural participation has long been neglected, so it needs special attention in the future.
