关于异地新建矿井人力资源配置的研究

摘要

Zibo Mining Group is a century-old mine, and the coal resources have been exhausted. The only way for sustainable development is to develop the new mine in allopatry. Based on the current situation of resource depletion and the principle of planning ahead and reserve in advance, this paper made analysis and study on the ideas, principles, demand forecasting and suggestions of the allocation of human resources of the new mine in allopatry, which has important guidance and reference for new and large-scale coal mine in allopatry.%淄矿集团是百年老矿，煤炭资源已经枯竭，异地开发新建矿井成为可持续发展的必经之路。本文立足资源枯竭现状，本着超前谋划、提前储备的原则，从异地新建矿井人力资源配置思路、遵循的原则、需求预测、配置意见等方面进行了分析研究，对异地新建新型、大型煤矿人力资源配置具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
