With the fast development of information technology, computer technology, network technology and communication technology are filled with our lives, and the learning way under IT environment will change accordingly. As an informal way of learning under informatization learning environment, mobile learning, with its huge advantage, has become an important way to achieve lifelong learning and build a learning society. However, mobile learning based on smart phones has a fatal flaw, which is the size limitation of phone screen and lack of interaction, while the micro-cast technology precisely solves this problem.
