To decide the spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores before mining design is one of the important means to prevent internal-caused fire. This article summarizes and compares the research status of sulfide ore and coal spontaneous combustion propensity judging technology. Based on site empirical data, the sulfide ore oxidation weight gain rate, self hot spot temperature and spontaneous combustion temperature are selected, and the three are integrated according to their weights, getting the comprehensive judging index of different ore sample degree of spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores. In combination with the judging index of practical situation of mine site, the classification criteria of the spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores is obtained. Using the standard to evaluate the actual mining, and comparing the results with the actual situation, and then correct classification standards. It is of important guiding significance in terms of safety production of sulfide mine.%在硫化矿山开采设计之前判定硫化矿石的自燃倾向性是预防其内因火灾的重要手段之一。文章对硫化矿石及煤自燃倾向性判定技术的研究现状进行了综述及比较;根据现场经验数据,选取硫化矿石的氧化增重率、自热点温度及自燃点温度三个指标,并结合三者之间的权重对三者进行了合成,得出了硫化矿石各种不同矿样自燃倾向性程度的综合判定指数;结合矿山现场实际情况及这一判定指数,得出了硫化矿石自燃倾向性的分类标准。用该标准对实际矿山进行评价,将结果与实际情况相比较,进而修正分类标准,在安全生产方面,将对硫化矿山起到重要的指导意义。
