高层建筑梁式转换层施工技术

摘要

In the construction of high building, beam type conversion layer has advantages of direct force transmission, definite stress, low cost. Beam type conversion layer can solve the problem of upper and lower vertical discontinuous in construction of high building, thus it is widely used. This paper discussed the problems and treatment measures of high-rise building conversion layer in reinforcement engineering.%在高层建筑工程中，梁式转换层有传力直接、受力明确、造价低的优势。在高层建筑中，对于上下部结构竖向不连续的问题，通过梁式转换层在一定程度上能够很好地解决，进而在施工过程中，梁式转换层得到广泛的认可和广泛的使用。本文针对高层建筑转换层钢筋工程中遇到的问题及处理措施进行了探讨。
