院民间投资所涉及的因素很多，包括投资主体的能力及投资环境如制度环境、经济环境、社会环境等方面。这些因素的发展水平无不和经济总体发展水平关系紧密，正是这些因素构成了经济总体发展水平。因此，当民间投资所需要的这些因素条件具备以后，民间投资水平才得以发展，另一方面，民间投资发展水平的高低也直接影响到其他经济因素的发展，因此，民间投资发展状况必然是与经济成长水平相辅相成的，民间投资水平如果适应经济成长水平，那么就可以促进经济成长水平，民间投资水平也得以良性发展。本论文希望结合现今人们对不良民贷的担忧，抛砖引玉，让政府及更多的社会人士关注民间投资的问题，以及探析一些对策，促进玉溪市乃至全国民间资金的投资发展。%Folk investment relates to many factors, including the ability of investment main body and investment environment, such as system environment, economic environment, social environment and other so on. The development level ofthese factors are closely related to the overall economic development level, and just about these factors constitute the overall economic development level. Therefore, when these factors folk investment needed are met, folk investment level is able to develop, on the other hand, the development level of folk investment directly affects the development of other economic factors, therefore, the development situation of folk investment is necessarily associated with economic development level. If the folk investment level adapts to economic development level, it can promote the economic growth level, and folk investment can get the found development. This thesis hopes to let government and more people concern to the folk investment by combining with the people's concerns to not good credit, as well as analyzes some countermeasures to promote the folk investment development in Yuxi and even the whole nation.
