On the premise of guaranteeing the project quality, this paper analyzes the relationship between shortening the construction period and improving project quality and economic benefit, in order to achieve the purpose of high quality, short construction period and low cost.%院在保证工程质量的前提下，通过分析缩短工期、提高工程质量与经济效益的关系，以达到高质量、短工期、低造价的目的。
