基于解释结构模型的宜居城市影响因素研究--以信阳市为例

摘要

院以信阳市为研究对象，运用系统工程中的解释结构模型（ISM），并使用MATLAB软件解决模型建立过程中的矩阵运算困难，绘制出其影响因素的多级有向递阶图，对宜居城市的影响因素关系进行了研究。结果表明：饮食习惯独特、商贸发展繁荣、金融网点密集和城市美誉度高是影响信阳市成为宜居城市的表层影响因素，河南水稻主产区、信阳毛尖产地、旅游景点多、矿产资源丰富、物流枢纽中心、七大防控网、教育机构多、气候宜人、文化底蕴深厚、交通便捷等是中间层的影响因素，历史悠久、地理位置优越则是最深层的影响因素。深层影响因素通过与以上各层影响因素对信阳市的城市宜居性产生决定性影响。%For studying the relationship among the influencing factors of livable city, this paper takes Xinyang as the research object, follows the Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) in Systems Engineering, uses MATLAB to solve the matrix operations difficulty in the model building process and draws up the multi-level hierarchical graph of its influencing factors. A conclusion was drawn by the investigation on the basis which was mentioned above, unique eating habits, developmental and prosperous commerce, intensive financial network and high urban reputation are surface factors which affect Xinyang becomes livable city. The influencing factors of the middle tier, such like Henan major rice producing areas, Xinyang Maojian tea producing area, many tourist attractions, rich in mineral resources, logistics hub, seven major prevention and control networks, many educational institutions, pleasant climate, profound cultural heritage and convenient transportation, etc. At the same time, the graph reveals that the deepest tier influencing factors are a long history and superior geographical position. Through other tiers, the deep tier influencing factors has a determining influence on Xinyang city livability.
