高职院校旅游管理专业的“订单式”人才培养模式探析

摘要

Tourism management is one of the major specialties in vocational colleges, while practice teaching is an important teaching link in vocational colleges. But the practice teaching links in part of tourism management specialty of vocational colleges are imperfect and have some drawbacks. After analyzing the vocational colleges practice teaching situations and on the basis of analyzing the drawbacks, this paper tries to start from the "order-orientated" personnel training model to propose improvement opinion for the tourism management specialty practice teaching in vocational colleges.%院旅游管理专业是高职院校重要专业之一，实践教学是职业院校的重要教学环节，但目前部分高职院校旅游管理专业的实践教学环节不完善，存在一定的弊端。文章在对高职院校实践教学现状分析后，在重点分析其弊端的基础上，尝试从“订单式”人才培养模式出发，提出高职旅游管理专业实践教学的改善意见。
