西城区的社区教育具有“政府统筹领导、教育部门主管、有关部门配合，社区教育学校体系与文明市民学校体系协同”的特点，如何进一步发挥作用，完善以专职教师为核心，兼职教师为主体，志愿者为补充的社区教育师资队伍建设是当前西城区社区教育面临的一个重要问题。本研究围绕机制建设的内涵，通过分析西城区社区教育师资建设现状，总结在社区教育发展中师资建设的管理经验，并对其中存在的问题进行研究和分析，针对西城区如何进一步完善社区教育师资队伍建设，提出相应的对策和建议。%The community education in Xicheng District has the characteristics of "overall lead by government, management by education department, cooperation by the relevant departments, synergy by the school system of community education and the civilized citizen school system". How to further play the role, improve the community education teachers teams with the professional teachers as the core, part-time teachers as the main body, volunteers as the supplement is an important problem of the community education in Xicheng District. Combined with the concept of mechanism construction, through analyzes the current teachers construction situation of community education in Xicheng District, this paper sums up the management experience of teachers construction in the development of community education, researches and analyzes the problems of it, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for further perfecting teachers team construction of community education.
