场景模拟教学环境下的就业指导课程创新

文章通过阐述场景模拟教学法的概况，分析场景模拟教学法融入就业指导课程的可行性，以“面试技能培训”为切入点，设计场景模拟教学法融入就业指导课程的教学安排，进而探析场景模拟教学环境下的就业指导课程背景构建的合理性、材料收集的全面性、评析启迪的延展性三个实践创新的关键所在。%This article expounds the general situation of scene simulation teaching method and analyzes the feasibility of integrating scene simulation teaching method into employment guidance course. It takes "interview skill training" as the breakthrough point to design the scene simulation teaching method into the employment guidance course teaching arrangement, and then researches the rationality of employment guidance curriculum under scene simulation teaching environment, the comprehensive material collection and the ductility of the enlightenment.
