350MW机组脱硝改造后运行分析与研究

         

摘要

A thermal power plant conducted renovation of low-nitrogen burners to increase the denitration system, to make boiler NOX emissions achieve the new national standards. After burner renovation and denitration investment, it appeared the problems of low temperature of low load reheat and low temperature of denitration inlet. By adjusting the angle of SOFA, oxygen throttle control and boiler soot-blowing and other reasonable method, these problems were resolved, and the NOX emissions was 100mg / within Nm3 which can meet the requirements of operation and environmental protection. This paper can provide reference for other similar unit renovation and design.%某火电厂进行低氮燃烧器改造,增加脱硝系统,锅炉NOX排放实现国家新标准。燃烧器改造和脱硝投入后,出现低负荷再热器温度偏低,脱硝入口温度低等问题,通过调整SOFA角度,氧量风门控制,锅炉合理吹灰等方法得到解决,实现NOX排放在100mg/Nm3以内,满足运行环保要求,可以为其它同类型机组改造设计提供参考和借鉴。
