高校附属医院人力资源人才战略构建研究

         

摘要

Under the background of new healthcare reform, affiliated hospital of universities, as an important part of medical health system, bear three tasks which are medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. The rapid development of economic and social has left the hospital facing the scarcity of top-talent. This article firstly analyzes building targets, road and achievement of human resource talent strategy, and the purpose is to evaluate the talent team construction status quo and learning of affiliated hospital of universities and colleges in Yunnan, Sichuan and other regions, and summarizes the problems still existing in strategy building, and finally puts forward some countermeasures from the channels of introducing talents, talents cultivation management, and assessment of the talent, etc.%在新医改的背景之下,高校附属医院作为医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,承担着医疗、教学、科研三重任务,经济和社会的快速发展使得医院面临高端人才稀缺问题。本文首先对人力资源人才战略的构建目标、途径及成果进行分析,目的是对以云南、四川等地区的各高校附属医院的人才梯队构建现状为例进行评价与学习,从而总结在战略构建上还存在的问题,最后从人才引进渠道、人才培育管理、以及人才评估等方面提出切实可行的针对性对策。
