基于因子分析法的JIT应用研究--以HQ公司为例

摘要

文章针对HQ公司实施JIT遇到的困难，从影响HQ公司应用JIT的多个因素中，运用因子分析法，提取出管理者因素、生产因素、供货商因素和产品因素4个因子进行分析，并提出了相应的解决办法。%This paper take HQ company implementing JIT management as the research, in a number of factors influencing application of JIT in HQ company, using the factor analysis method to extract the manager, production, supplier and product as 4factors to analysis. Then it puts forward the corresponding solution to the difficulties based on the 4 factors.
