过度教育影响下大学生就业难的问题研究

摘要

从我国高等教育发展的进程来看，自扩招以来我国的确实现了高等教育精英式向大众化的转变，但是伴随着高等教育大众化的进程我国又出现了过度教育的现象，然而在过度教育的同时大学生又面临就业困难的局面，二者并不是谁决定了谁，而是一种相互影响的关系，文章从过度教育的视角下对大学生就业难的现象进行分析并提出了一些解决措施与对策。%From the perspective of the process of China's higher education development, we indeed realized the higher education from elite to mass since the enrollment expansion. But accompanied with that, excessive education appeared. However, at the same time, college students faces employment difficulty. The former doesn't determine the latter. They influence each other. This article analyzed the college students employment difficulty from the perspective of overeducation and proposes some solutions and countermeasures.
