我国技术创新绩效发展趋势研究--基于两阶段模型

摘要

Financial crisis bring opportunities for the economic transformation and upgrading of China, and technological innovation become the inevitable choice. Today, technology innovation has become a national strategy, and it gets significant achievements. Looking back the development tendency of technological innovation performance in China, it is found that, the weak link of technology innovation activity has important practical significance. This paper takes technology innovation in China as the research object, takes the development tendency of technological innovation performance in China as the research characteristics and uses two-stage model to analyze the technological innovation performance. The results show that, the transformation efficiency of science and technology in technology innovation activities is low, but the transformation efficiency of economic is high.%金融危机给中国经济转型升级带来契机，技术创新成为必然选择。在技术创新已成为国家战略，取得显著成果的今天，回头量化测度我国技术创新绩效的发展趋势，发现技术创新活动的薄弱环节具有重大现实意义。本文以我国技术创新活动为研究对象，以我国技术创新绩效的发展趋势研究为特色，运用两阶段模型对技术创新绩效进行分析。结果显示我国技术创新活动中科技转化阶段呈现低效率，而经济转化阶段呈现高效率。
