次氯酸钠-铁碳微电解联用处理炼油厂RO浓水实验研究

         

摘要

文章提出了采用次氯酸钠-铁碳微电解联用技术处理炼油厂RO浓水,通过正交实验法设计实验方案,得到了最佳实验条件,在次氯酸钠投加入量为440mg/L,氧化时间为40min,铁碳微电解pH值为4。此条件下废水CODCr由132.6mg/L降到46.35mg/L,去除率可以达到65%,实现了达标排放。%This article proposes to use sodium hypochlorite-iron-carbon micro-electrolysis technology for refinery RO thick water treatment. The experiment scheme is designed through orthogonal experiment method and the optional experimental condition is obtained:the dosage of sodium hypochlorite is 440mg/L, oxidation time is 40 min, and iron-carbon micro-electrolysis pH value is 4. Under this condition, the waste water CODCr density will be reduced from 132.6mg/L to 46.35mg/L. The removal rate can reach 65%, which meets the standard charge.
