河南省禹州市农村人力资源开发研究

摘要

从中国农村人力资源开发现有的研究成果入手，结合中部农村人力资源开发的特殊性，研究河南省禹州市农村人力资源开发的现状及当前面对的问题，在此基础上，探寻其问题产生的原因，进而提出对应措施。%From the existing research of rural human resources development in China, and combined with the characteristics of central rural human resources development, this paper researches the current situation of rural human resources development and existing problems in Yuzhou City, Henan Province, and on this basis, explores the causes of the problems and proposes corresponding measures.
