This paper introduces the development history of hydraulic transmission system and analyzes the detriment and reasons of system pollution. And then it discusses the strategies of the pollution control in the production, installation and maintenance of hydraulic system and mainly analyzes the pollution control in the system operation stage. The daily and periodic maintenance is the main way to control the pollution of hydraulic system. It needs the staff to put the clean-keeping in the first place to daily operate and maintain the system to control the pollution and ensure the steady operation of hydraulic system after the construction.%本文简单介绍液压传动技术发展历程,分析系统污染的危害与原因,继而探讨液压系统制作、安装、维修中的污染控制策略,重点分析系统运行阶段污染物控制。日常维护和定期保养是液压系统污染控制的主要途径。要求系统运维人员在开展日常工作时将保洁放在首位,以便控制污染,保证施工后液压系统稳定运行。
