关于职业倦怠的内涵探讨

In the face of the growing social competition, the working pressure of enterprise staff is increasing, directly leading to employees' job burnout. This article studies the concept, connotation and characteristics of job burnout, in order to clarify the definite meaning of job burnout and enrich the relevant theories of job burnout research.%面对日益剧增的社会竞争，企业员工工作压力随之增大，带来最直接的后果就是员工工作倦怠的产生。本文从职业倦怠概念研究产生的起源、其内涵的研究、职业倦怠的特征等方面进行具体的探讨，以期理清职业倦怠的具体内涵，来充实职业倦怠的相关理论研究。
