高职院校教学管理方法和管理人员的思考与研究

Teaching management is the core content of higher vocational college education management, and teaching management staff is the direct participant and executive of teaching management in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current management status quo of teaching management in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the required quality of the higher vocational colleges management staff and a series of innovative management methods and means, aiming to make the teaching management method to rise to the steps of the"scientific, easy and efficient".%教学管理是高职院校教育管理的一项重要的核心内容，而教学管理人员则是高职院校教学管理的直接参与者和执行者。本文分析了现阶段高职院校教学管理人员的管理现状，提出高职院校管理人员所需的素质和一系列管理方法的创新手段，旨在使教学管理方法上升到“科学、轻松、高效”的台阶。
