昆明海鸥文化节改进和完善措施探析

摘要

Kunming Seagull Cultural Festival has been held for seventh time, and has made certain experience and influence, and also has brought many positive benefits to Kunming. But compared with some mature running festivals at home and abroad, Kunming Seagull Cultural Festival also need improving and adjusting. Therefore, through combing the running situation of each section of Kunming Seagull Cultural Festival, the problems will be found and measures to improve and perfect it will also be proposed, in view to further enrich the cultural and public connotation of Kunming Seagull Cultural Festival, adjust the operation mode, promote the social, economic and cultural development of Kunming, and provide a reference for the development of similar festivals.%昆明海鸥文化节至今已举办了七届，取得了一定办节经验和影响力，为昆明带来了诸多的积极效益。但与国内外一些成熟节庆活动的运行相比，昆明海鸥文化节还需要作出改进和调整。因此，通过对每一届海鸥节办节状况的梳理，发现其中存在的问题，并提出改进和完善的对策，以期能够进一步充实昆明海鸥文化节的文化、公益内涵，调整节庆运作模式，促进昆明社会、经济、文化等事业的发展。同时，也对类似的节庆活动发展提供一定的借鉴。
