For microwave hot air system, a multi-port feeding industrial microwave furnace is designed. Using in the commercial software HFSS, the distribution of electromagnetic field in the cavity is simulated to investigate the influence of the thickness and size of SiC tube, and positions of the feed ports. By optimizing each part of the cavity structure, the electromagnetic field is most dense in the vicinity of the SiC tube and relatively uniform in the other region, and therefore, the efficiency of the microwave energy is improved effectively.%针对微波热风系统设计了一种多馈口六边形工业微波炉腔体,利用有限元仿真软件HFSS仿真了碳化硅管的厚度、大小以及腔体表面波导馈口位置等因素对腔体内部电磁场分布的影响。通过优化腔体各部分结构,使电磁场分布集中于碳化硅管附近,且其他区域电磁场分部较为均匀,有效地提高了微波能使用效率。
