基于LM324电压比较器的温凝控制器的设计与制作

         

摘要

本文采用LM324电压比较器设计制作的温凝控制器能实时监测环境温度并根据设定功能进行报警显示和控制输出,该控制器由直流稳压模块、传感输入模块、显示输出模块和温凝控制模块组成,试验样机测试证明,以LM324电压比较器为核心的温凝控制器具有控制精度高,反应迅速等特点,解决了现有温凝控制器电路结构复杂,成本高,温度反应偏差大的问题.%This paper is based on the temperature and humidity controller designed and produced by LM324 comparator, which can constantly monitor the environment temperature and finish alarm display and output control in accordance with the established function. The controller is composed of DC voltage regulator module, sensor input module, display output module and temperature and humidity control module. The test of experimental prototypes shows that the temperature and humidity controller based on the LM324 comparator has the advantages of high precision and quick response, etc., which solves problems of complicated structure, high cost and large temperature variations existing in the current temperature and humidity controllers.
