基于客户价值评估对云产品客户需求特征研究

         

摘要

本文章将以对客户价值的研究为基础,从客户价值评估模型的搭建入手,对客户进行分级分类并与客户需求特征相对应进行客户分群,并应用到云产品的推广中,从而解决运营商“向谁推广云产品,推广什么云产品”的问题,通过本文章研究,将提升电信运营商推广云产品的准确性和高效性,提高云产品对客户的吸引力,并为优化云平台建设方案,降低云平台建设成本提供依据和建议。%The project will be based on the customer value research, to start with building a customer value evaluation mode, classifying the customers and grouping the customers according to their demand characteristics, being applied to the promotion of cloud products, thereby to solve the operators' problem, which is"Who will be promote to, what kind of cloud products will be prmoted". Through this project research, the accuracy and high efficiency of cloud products promoted by Chinatelecom will be improved, the attractiveness of cloud products to customers will be improved too. And the scheme will be developed to optimize the cloud platform, the basis and suggestion will be offered to reduce the cost of cloud platform contruction.
