军医院校任职教育学员个体差异对任职教育参与积极性的影响

         

摘要

With the method of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the influence of individual differences of in-service training students in military medical university on their participation enthusiasm. The research results show that the enthusiasm of students to participate in the training at the present stage is high, but the students individual differences affect their participation enthusiasm. Women students score higher than male students in "teaching" and "management" component, and there is significant difference; The students with lower record of formal schooling and title score higher in the "importance", " personal benefits" and "teaching" component than students with higher record of formal schooling and title, and there is significant difference.%采用问卷调查的方式分析了军医院校任职教育学员个体差异对任职教育参与积极性的影响,研究结果表明,现阶段学员参与任职教育的积极性较高,但学员的个体差异影响任职教育参与积极性,女性学员在“教学”和“管理”分量上得分高于男性学员,并存在显著性差异;学历和职称越低的学员在“重视程度”、“对个人益处”和“教学”分量上高于学历和职称高的学员,并呈现显著性差异。
