空气净化滤材过滤性能的实验研究

摘要

随着人类对空气洁净度要求的不断提高,空气过滤器在人们生产生活各个领域迅猛发展,已成为净化空气的重要手段,其中过滤材料性能的优劣直接影响着空气过滤器的过滤能力,本文以水刺布滤材为例,通过实验,研究分析滤材的透气率、过滤效率、过滤阻力三者之间的相互关系,实验所得结论可为今后高性能滤材开发研制提供帮助和启示.%The requirements of clean air are increasing, air filters develop rapidly in all fields of human being, they have become an important method for purifying air around us. The performance of filtration material has influence on the filtration efficiency of air-filter. In this paper, take spunlaced-nonwoven material as an example, we have studied on the relationship among permeability, filtration efficiency, resistance. The experimental conclusion could be useful for the research on the high performance of filtration materials.
